For the Italians, the word Odori means ‘smells’, and can refer to the distinctive smells, aromas & flavours of spices used in cooking. For its customers, Odori, Greece’s first Vermuteria, is an original All-Day-Bar hospitality concept, with pure creative positioning, reflected in both cocktail and food menus.

Great hospitality is not only about fancy cocktails but also about signature dishes, which in Odori’s case are the Italian classics, with first and foremost the authentic Neapolitan pizza. In the basement, where we prepare food, customers can experience the frantic pace and wild enthusiasm of our kitchen and cooks.

Odori Vermuteria Di Atene - Pizza

It is there that the pizza is prepared, two different sizes of it, and baked at 500 degrees Celsius for only 60 seconds, in a special wood oven with Peruvian stones, for the purely-executed recipe of traditional Naples-style pizza.
