In the basement, where we prepare food, customers can experience the frantic pace and wild enthusiasm of our kitchen and cooks.
It is there that the pizza is prepared, two different sizes of it, and baked at 500 degrees Celsius for only 60 seconds, in a special wood oven with Peruvian stones, for the purely-executed recipe of traditional Naples-style pizza.
